Very friendly staff, clean hotel, room was exceptionally comfortable and quiet, despite being right next to I-4. The pool looked nice, but I wasn't able to take advantage of it. The fitness room was nice, some of the free weights were aged (some rust), but everything I needed was there and worked great. Breakfast was good, wide selection. The dinning area was a little on the small side, so I ate in my room. The location is very convenient to Sanford and attractions, restaurants, shops, but I like to walk in the morning and there it wasn't a nice area to enjoy a walk. I still walked on the treadmill, though, so I was thankful for that. I will again say how impressed I was at the quietness of this hotel! I usually have to wear ear plugs to sleep, but there was no need. I would definitely stay here again. Great value and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly, greeted us every time they came in contact. The breakfast was actually more than I expected. It was good and there was a lot to choose from. Also the Front desk woman, I believe her name was mayra (I could be wrong) but she was Remarkable! She helped and accommodated us being able to check in early so we could shower and get ready for our event! Kudos to her for her exceptional customer service!!

Room was bright and clean and good for an overnight stay. Shuttle service to Sanford the next day was very convenient.

We stay here 3-4 times a year. We always bring friends. We spend Friday night and Uber to alk the craft breweries on Saturday and Uber back. I used your AI chat and inquired about ear plugs and they definitely helped with highway traffic noise. My friends requested extra pillows through AI chat and they were on the bed when we returned around midnight. Thank you for these conveniences.

Checking front desk staff were off their game last. They just looked and acted uninterested with guests checking in the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast and coffee in the morning is a welcoming and comforting treat for guests. The location is great and conveniently located near Crackle Barrel, Outback, McDonalds, Starbucks and WaWa.

Exceptional breakfast with yummy waffles! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and all of the extra perks the hotel had to offer. Complimentary lemon water was my favorite. Fresh fruits and snacks. The pool was nice, and the complimentary towels that you could use at the pool area were a plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had everything we could have needed!!We will return for another stay if we are ever back in the area.

One thing I like about Choice hotels are the beds and pillows. Beds are comfortable without being too firm or too soft (I sound like Goldilocks, eh?) and the pillows are soft and luxurious to sleep upon. Rooms are generally very clean, which is a relief to all who travel.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was for sure a pleasant added bonus. The amenity that was most appreciated was the transportation to the airport. The driver was very prompt and was a great driver, and as a bonus very pleasant.

The hotel's location was very convenient: close to stores, restaurants and the Sanford airport. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice size bathroom. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a microwave and a fridge in the room. The hotel offered a good breakfast with a variety of options such as hot dishes, fruit, and dairy.. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall, my experience was very good..
